The watchmen will often hear the enemy speaking:
Don’t pray.
Nothing will change.
You’re wasting your time.
They are trained well by God to cast it down. They don’t allow the devil false words to dictate or disrupt their prayer life.
They know if the devil wants them to stop it’s because the spiritual climate has become uncomfortable for him in the realm of the spirit.
Who cares about the enemies discomfort?
The watchmen don’t! They understand their prayers are working which is why the enemy wants them to stop.
The watchmen listens for Gods voice and cast down the voice of the enemy. They don’t entertain a strange voice because they only listen when the Father is speaking.
The Great Shepherd directs them and they follow because they are one with Him and they are His sheep.
Listening to the wrong voice will have you wondering off like a billy goat when you don’t know whose you are, and who you belong to!
